303/6
The Model 303/6 cabinet system is the direct result of customer requirements for a smaller cabinet. The 303/6 accomplishes this without compromising the standards for quality and durability set forth by the NYDOT and CALTRANS specifications. The single door design allows access to all subassemblies and field terminations from the front of the cabinet. The wide acceptance of the 303/6 cabinet is the result of reducing size and cost to the end user. The design allows for up to six vehicle/pedestrian phases. Each of these six load switch positions can be flash programmed to provide maximum flexibility. The rack assembly can be removed as a complete unit for ease of maintenance. In addition,the power supply/power distribution assembly can be easily removed and replaced. Constructed of heavy 0.125/0.188 inch aluminum, the 303/6 provides a durable, weatherproof enclosure designed to NEMA 3R specifications. The 303/6 can be mounted on the side-of-pole or top-of-post positions.

The wide acceptance of the 303/8 cabinet is the result of reducing size and cost to the enduser. The design allows for up to eight vehicle/pedestrian phases. 336S
The Model 336S cabinet system is a versatile modular design providing for control of up to eight vehicle and four pedestrian phases. An optional configuration provides six additional load switch positions for use as overlaps, seven-wire interconnect outputs, or a variety of special function outputs.

The use of standard subassemblies, as defined by CALTRANS and FHWA, assures interchangeability between manufacturers. All subassemblies are mounted in a removable 19" EIA rack for ease of maintenance and are fully interchangeable with the Model 332, 336, and 332D cabinets. The 336S can be base mounted using an 8" high "M" base adapter. It can also be mounted side-of-pole or top-of-pole.

338
The 338 cabinet is designed to house a microprocessor controller unit and standard plug-in modules. It may be pedestal, side of pole, or base mounted. The cabinet is capable of eight vehicle and four pedestrian phase operation. The 338 cabinet employs standard plug-in modules as defined in the Caltrans TEES specification.

The 338 cabinet consists of a two door cabinet housing and a rack assembly that mounts inside the cabinet housing.

The rack assembly consists of three different sub-assemblies:

• Eleven position input file
• Plug-in power supply - Power Distribution Assembly (PDA)
• Twelve position output file

All of the assemblies come with a thermostatically controlled strip heater.
